Shuttle2Sun recommends the following wonderful locations to visit during your stay in Blanes:

The Marimurtra Botanical Garden

This wonderful garden of 16 hectares is located in a privileged place in Blanes and has beautiful views of Costa Brava, recognised as one of the best in Europe.

It was created by Karl Faust, of German nationality and a lover of natural sciences, with the aim of bringing together several thousand plant species and creating facilities for his research.

Undoubtedly a place for nature lovers.

Sant Joan Castle

Located at the top of the hill of Sant Joan, with a height of 173 metres, it is undoubtedly the best place to enjoy the views of Platja de Blanes.

The castle was built in the 13th century next to Sa Palomera and gradually renovated, a very typical landscape element of the city.

Blanes Beach

This is the most famous and most frequented beach of the town, 625 metres long, located in front of the historical centre, between port of Blanes and Sa Palomera and a few steps away from Plaça Catalunya, among other places of interest.

A few meters away from the flats and buildings you will find several places of great need in summer like restaurants of categories or bars to have a drink or some typical tapas of the country.

The Gothic Fountain

If we take a walk in the street Ample de Blanes next to the municipal theatre we will see this Catalan gothic architecture.

It was built in the 15th century and after its recent restoration it was declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest.

Book your private service or Shuttle bus with Shuttle2Sun and we will take you to the main destinations of the incredible Costa Brava!
